According to information gathered today, on February 12, around 80 personnel, comprising military and Pyu Saw Htee forces raided Tint Tal Village in Shwebo Township, Sagaing Region. They set approximately 400 houses on fire. Four villagers died: Than Naing, Pan, Kyi Win, and Phoe Kyaw. Among four locals who died, Than Naing and Pan, both in their 70s, were burned alive when they could not escape the raid. Kyi Win was burned alive, as he was bedridden because of sickness. Phoe Kyaw, who had a leg disability, was detained and had his hands tied behind his back; he was later killed from a blade wound to his neck.

In addition, a local of To Village called Soe Pu was seeking refuge in a nearby village of Palaw Township, Tanintharyi Region. On February 13 at around 11 a.m., junta forces stationed on the village mountain shot Soe Pu dead while he was entering the village.
