Daily Briefing in Relation to the Military Coup

As of November 3, (1236) people are now confirmed killed by this junta coup. AAPP compiled and documented (3) fallen heroes today. These (3) fallen heroes from Dala Township in Yangon Region and Myaung Township in Sagaing Region were killed on November 1 and documented today. This is the number verified by AAPP. The actual number of fatalities is likely much higher. We will continue adding as and when.
As of November 3, a total of (7033) people are currently under detention. (300) people have been sentenced in person, of them 26 have been sentenced to death (incl. 2 children). 1954 are evading arrest warrants. 118 people have been sentenced in absentia, of them 39 sentenced to death in absentia. In total 65 sentenced to death, in person and absentia. The exact identities and total figure remains to be verified, but we will continue to confirm the recently released.
On November 2 around 11:30 am, military vehicles passed through near Mal Ma Thaw Village in Sagaing Region’s Maung Township. A 17 years old was shot dead in the head by these junta troops when went to look out while military vehicles passed through.
The wife of Lu Lu Zaw, July Win a.k.a Mee Chit, his two years old child, and uncle were arrested as hostages on November 3 at 4:30 am. The soldiers came to Kadat Nge Htein Village in Tanintharyi Region’s Lounglon Township but could not find Lu Lu Zaw to arrest.
