“The military junta’s “100-Day Plan” is not a peace initiative. Instead, the junta continues carrying out aerial attacks against innocent children, women, schools, and religious facilities, while maintaining control over the population through fear and oppression. The data presented in this month’s report clearly underscores this reality. Moreover, the deaths of political prisoners behind bars are part of the junta’s silent method of killing. The junta’s failure to officially disclose the whereabouts and health condition of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi reflects its continued cowardice and lack of transparency and accountability.” U Bo Kyi, Joint Secretary of AAPP
