(AAPP) organized a lecture on Human Rights at Yedashe High School, Bago Division
On December 7, 2016, The Assistance Association for Political Prisoners (AAPP) organized a lecture on Human Rights at Yedashe High School on human rights. Around 900 people attended the lecture, including the Township Police Commander, the General Administration Department, Administration of the Judiciary, Myanmar Women’s Affair Federation, Prosecutors, Township Education Officers, Information and Public Relations Officers, the Township Immigration Officers, headmistress, teachers, and students. Guest speakers included Dr. Kyaw Kyaw, (MP), U Tate Naing (Secretary of AAPP), Hnin Pang Eain (Author), and Ko Wanna Nwe, (AAPP Human Rights Trainer). At the end of the presentations, AAPP distributed Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) pamphlets to the participants.
